New Pieces Quilt Store is a unique quilting store located in the heart of the north Berkeley shopping area. Their specialty is contemporary, color-saturated fabrics and authentic Japanese fabrics.
New Pieces carries over 3,000 bolts of fabrics, (mostly cotton), over 400 book titles, and stock a wide variety of quilting supplies, and magazines. New Pieces offers an assortment of classes from beginning to advanced.
They make unique quilts for people, we even made one for an Oprah Show in 2000. We've made quilts now for people all over America. Our long-arm quilting service assists folks regularly in finishing their quilts, putting the quilting on to enhance their quilt top.
